  • Summary: This product is junk, if you are considering a used one save yourself the hassle and buy something else. I had problems with it not powering on. Dell replaced it under warranty. Now I have the same problem after upgrading to Windows 8.1.

  • Summary: Purchased this tablet direct from Dell in October 2013. Had to return it 2 times within the warranty period. 2 months after warranty expired, needs repaired again. Dell says "sorry out of warranty", but "we will sell you a new warranty". Done with this product and them.

  • Summary: I purchased the Dell Latitude 10 ST2e with high hopes to have windows based mobility. Out of the box I had issues with the display -- had to return for a replacement. Once I got it back I had issues with the touch screen and display accuracy.

  • Summary: Do not buy from Dell.com online. Horrible product. Had a login issue that makes the table inaccessible and tried with over 10 hours of tech call time to India, the Phillipines, and El Salvador - even a Better Business Bureau compllaint did not rate an American representative.

Dell not backing product

  • Summary: Tablet arrived without working speakers and parts were back ordered. While waiting for rep to receive parts and install, software started to malfunction. Customer service repeated over and over that they would get it functioning. Meanwhile, the 21 day return policy ran out.
