great PC at a price that many would be able to afford

Summary: i needed a good computer to replace a HP and this was in the price range that could be spent. with its 1KB hard drive and 8GB of RAM, this laptop computer has filled the voids left by the previous HP!!! one of the things i apreciate most in the design fetures of this PC is the HDMI output.
Summary: Other than getting used to Windows 8 (I am the fastest learner I know in about 1,500 students and dozens of Professors), which I believe may take months after a few days of survival skills, the PC is fantastic. Dell is doing a great job of helping the 20,000 new ways of making the PC livable. If I spoke hindu it would be bearable.
Summary: WOW, that's what comes to mind when you use this laptop.I downloaded Libre Office, GIMP, and a host of freeware, in less then 23 minutes, everything was downloaded and installed. The programs open in a flash. However Windows 8 is awful, this is not a touch screen, see if you can get Win 7 Pro or Ultimate as the OS. Large Screen, lots of Hard drive space and a brilliant graphics card. 5 of 5 stars....
Awesome product, lot of computer for the money, GREAT value for the money!,

Summary: My husband needed a new computer and I did lot of looking around. We both like Dell they seem to be a good running computer. With very little issues. The laptop was very easy to set up. It didn't take long. The large screen is nice to see fine details. The guy's seem to light the large keyboard. It's a very fast computer. This computer seem to have a lot going for it with a very good price on eBay .
Summary: I am not an expert but so far the computer has done all that I expected, The software has had to be relearned as I have moved from XP to 7. I was advised not to buy 8 or 8.1. I had a Dell before and had many years untroubled service thus the purchase of Dell. The big screen is a help to me as I use it mainly as a PC rather than carry it around. So far my only problem is that the "on-board" mouse some times seems to lose the cursor.
