Excerpt: The laptop is fantastic, battery is very thirsty so if you can trya nd get the 9 cell instead of a 6. Screen is really gooda nd its not to bulky. The only downfall is dells customer support, My laptop got cancelled twice due to a internal error and was told that i would have to re-order at the new price which was �100 more expensive!! Lots of argueing later i got 6% of the order price and i have got it now, if only 3 weeks late.
Pros: everything, screen, bluetooth and the 5 in 1 card reader is very fast.
Cons: customer service battery. had to have vista but i prefer XP
