• I have verizon usb phone card that will not complete an internet

  i have verizon access card to the internet but something in the computer blocks the connection. verizon tech support has worked for hours to solve the problem. They say everything with the usb card is working but the computer will not allow a internet connection. They see where the card is connected but the connection is dormant. any ideas
