Summary: If I could give this laptop zero stars, I would. Had a problem from the very beginning. Was on the phone with the Dell technicians within a month numerous times. Finally Dell sent someone to my home to replace the hard drive. To this day it hasn't been right.
Summary: In under 1 year the hard drive is failing and the solid state drive has failed. As it is still under warranty, I have made multiple attempts to contact Dell for service and they have yet to contact me. It has not been dropped or abused in any way. I cannot even make a recovery disk!
Summary: Worst computer I have ever owned. No real help from Dell! Will never buy a Dell again. Once it updated to 8.1 it would not do much of anything. Sent bach to Dell they restored to 8 and soon as I got it back it updated and here I go again. Don't buy a dell!
Summary: I do not recommend this to anyone. In fact, I would return mine and if I could, I would give it 0 stars. Very cheap, screws fall out, constantly have to snap the plastic parts back together, and actually have dents in the laptop from light items dropping on it, ie a pen.

Summary: TvNot sure if problems are laptop or OS 8.1. All of a sudden mail stops working, files & messages disappear. Help system useless. System hangs - shut down to recover. Check time left - 34 minutes - then shuts down 5 minutes later. Can't find stuff like OS 7 or Vista. Conversion really difficult.
Summary: This ultrabook is not a Touch Screen I purchase this item a month ago. Why the false advertising? $700.plus down the tube.Do not buy this Dell Inspiron 15z Ultrabook with Touch Screen/ Intel Core i5 3337U / 6GB... it do not have the Touch Screen feature as advatised.

Summary: DO NOT BUY ... Within 2 weeks of purchasing this laptop it went completely blank ... I erred in not sending it back the the seller but directly to Dell ... upon return I was told that the mono board had to be replaced. After another 2 weeks use, I had problems again and sent it back to Dell ..

Summary: Wi FI is terrible. All my devices work across my house and this one will not enable the wifi adapter. After internet searches mad all the reviews about and Dell wi if adapters in laptops I will send this back unless wifi can work like all my devices in this laptop.
