Summary: Computer works great. Old Dell went out due to putting in a new hard drive killed the mother board. Company missed sending a charger with the computer, but immediately responded to my email and is sending the charger. Company seems very good to work with, and extremely timely on responding.

Summary: Still runs after 3 years, but I've had to take the poor thing apart several times now to fix loose cables inside. Like the headline says, this isn't a problem if you don't move it around much - but that kind of makes it a failure as a laptop, doesn't it? Speaking of travel, it's pretty heavy.

Summary: I bought this machine in 2011. I am very happy as a product. It runs fine and after having for three years there are not many issues (just runs much slower). Recently, it did an automatic check up by Dell and it said that it had a memory problem.
I would avoid buying this again but read first before deciding.

Summary: Here is the reason for my review: The biggest issue I have is the touchpad of this laptop! It is obviously broken somewhere on the driver's side or actually on the hardware side. The touchpad has sporadic behavior and sometimes it decides that everything you do is a zoom action even though you are...
