Summary: I thought the computer had a dvd drive. It was not on the equipment list, but the picture of the computer showed one. I checked the questions other customers had asked and one was told that it DID have one, so I ordered it based on that information.

Summary: Hard drive error with 3 months left in the warranty! I have to send it back to Dell. I will be without the device or 10 days. Touch screen is cool, but when a problem arises (Disk error) then you have to wonder about rethinking the next purchase.
Summary: I was in desperate need of a computer so part of this is my fault but I have had trouble with this since I received it and if I did not need it so badly at the time I would have sent it back. I get errors just starting it up and it shuts down on me in the middle of doing something.
Summary: Not sure why this particular computer has been a problem. I have had reset to factory settings 4 times due to start up problems, a virus on computer, and windows updates locking it up. Should not have had this many issues.
Summary: This laptop is just fine for browsing, watching movies, listening to music, and playing light games (but I suggest investing in a fan, as it does run hot). It cannot handle virtual windows like Oracle very well.
Summary: have only had it a couple of days...so have not had much time to play with it. I was so busy seeing that is had one TB drive and DVD/CD rw (witch many do not have now. I wanted windows 7, it has 2 usb 2.0 ports and 2 usb 3.0 usb ports, wifi, Bluetooth, etc....
PIcture shows blank slot for DVD, but not included.

Summary: OK, I blame Dell for this. Sellers are simply cutting and pasting Dell's promotional information. The picture clearly looks like a DVD, but its a blank panel. It is not listed in the specifications, so everyone is off the hook. Caveat Emptor.

Summary: Went through what seemed like an easy start up process only to hit a brick wall. Spent three hours with tech support repeating the same start up process multiple times to finally being told that there is an issue with the computer. Told to send back to amazon and they could fix it and send it back.
