Summary: I bought a supposedly brand new Dell laptop in sept of 2014 and had a glitch from the beginning then in November it quite working all together. I saved money to have it repaired in Jan just to be told that it should be under warranty through Dell because the harddrive was out.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summary: the computer worked fairly well for the first 6 months. then we began having issues with the screen. when it got unusable I sent it back to Dell for a warranty-covered repair. The process began in late November. it is now the middle of march and I am still trying to resolve the issues.
Very nice laptop. Moves quickly and runs fairly smooth

Summary: Update...I've had this laptop now for about 6 months. It is pretty terrible. It crashes about three to four times a week. This is awful when working on stuff and it gets lost because iWindows 8 is a little bit annoying.
Summary: This laptop is going in for a system board replacement, the 3rd one in less than a year. First problem was with the wired and wireless NICs, neither were seen by the system and the system board replacement corrected that.
Summary: This computer came with no directions except how to get it started. No troubleshooting answers. The calendar pops up continually, the menu pops up at the bottom. Also, it does not stay logged on for very long. I would not recommend this to anyone!
