Summary: Having been a customer of Dell before in both a personal and business capacity, I expected a good quality device that is a good price/performance. This laptop delivers on this, the performance is great and the price is reasonable compared to other vendors.
Summary: First of all, the customer service is junk. It was the worst purchasing experience that I have ever had. Even thought I gone through sooooo many trouble to just get this laptop, I still had hope for the great feature. However, upon the first attempt to start up the laptop, the keyboard wasn't functioning at all, then the touch pad stopped functioning as well. I had to reboot the machine several times to get it work.
