Summary: Satisfied for a short time, however after only 2 months the Bluetooth and touchpad gestures would intermittently stop working. I paid extra to have a technician come to my house to fix it. In the process of doing so, the LCD stopped working.
Summary: I'm confused why this is so expensive. I bought this exact laptop at Best Buy for just over $600 in July of 2014. Not only that as of 4/2015 I have had to call Dell with various issues 4 times. This time I actually have to send it in so they can replace the motherboard.

Summary: Received non-working Dell Laptop. Was unable to get tech support for it, so I elected to return it at my expense in hopes of receiving a suitable unit. I have no problem with Dell, but this one simply didn't work.
Summary: I purchased a Dell Inspiron less than 2 years ago. After 5 months, the hard drive had to be replaced. Just recently the motherboard had to be replaced. I have always liked Dell, but I am very disappointed in the quality and the customer support.
Summary: This is the WORST laptop I have ever owned. It's slow, ridiculous, and the mouse pad left click button is connected with the right click button. I am honestly baffled how much this laptop SUCKS. I don't trust this laptop at all in saving my homework files. It takes FOREVER to restart.
