Summary: I bought this laptop from "cravingsavings" and when it arrived it turned on just fine. I began using it and it seemed to have issues but I kept using it thinking that since it's a new OS (Windows 8) it might just need getting used to.
Summary: I'm having a really bad experience with this laptop. The motherboard stopped working twice (the second time it stopped was only a few months after the first time) and had to be replaced and then the touch screen stopped working. I keep wondering what's coming next...

Summary: It has not worked since I got it. I have been in the phone w Dell for over 4 hours. They were really nice, but the computer is still not working. They want me to get back in the phone w them for 30 min to finally fix it. Trying to find another 30 min for them
Summary: I've used Dells for most of my adult life and this laptop is the worst computer I've ever used. I wanted a basic model to use for work and thought I didn't need all the extras, but I was wrong. It really has no abilities. It is SLOW. Windows 8 is frustrating...
Summary: Product arrived damaged (keyboard would not stay in chassis) and needed to be upgraded to Windows 8.1 from 8 (took hours). The first call to Dell took a half hour and I was told that a box would arrive to send the laptop in for repairs, but no box came.
Not pleased. I purchased this item for work 4 months ...

Summary: Not pleased. I purchased this item for work 4 months ago and now I am experiencing frequent crashing and improper restart issues. When I log off or sleep the machine, it takes a very long time to reboot or open the startup screen. I deeply regret purchasing this item,

Summary: The Dell XPS Laptop is the WORST computer I've ever had. Less than one year of owning it & it freezes at least 1x/every day. The BSOD of death also shows up. There answer was to send it in to their depost and to replace the hardware and reinstall the operating system.

Summary: I am under the impression the computer is new (not refurbished), but the software surely seems like it is refurbished. Processing is slow. I frequently get "this page cannot be displayed because you are not connected to the internet; even the WiFi icon shows it is connected.
