This is one of the worst product that I had bought until now

  • Summary: This is one of the worst product that I had bought until now. I was having a very good opinion on Dell products, but this product let me down. After few months Bluetooth stopped working. And after that came battery charging issue. The webcam used to turn off while on skype calls if I just touch or change the position of the LCD panel. Now the webcam has completely stopped working. Dell service is so expensive that I can buy a new laptop.

  • Summary: I am a college student who got this to use for classes and homework and such. Won't even connect to the internet the computer techs here can't figure out why, doesn't run smoothly constantly freezing or just giving me hard times.

  • Summary: This laptop is HORRIBLE. Had nothing but trouble with it from day one. Thank God I had the extended warranty. Even so, it has caused me much inconvenience and stress. The Customer Service Techs are just as horrible too. It pains me to describe the details of my issues here, but its been a nightmare, sorry.

Do Not Buy. Wifi antenna has a flaw.

  • Summary: I bought this computer for my daughter to bring to University. It had problems connecting to the WIFI from the start. You had to be less then 2 meters from the router in order for it to find the network. I reported this toe Dell right away. They tried to fix it remotely. Then they sent a tech with a new wireless card. Still didn't work. Then they sent a new laptop. Still didn't work. Then they tried to fix the new laptop remotely.

Great Disappointment

  • Summary: I purchased Dell inspiron 14z ultrabook. It started giving me troubles from the next day. First the blue screen error and then the hard drive issue. Now that my product is no longer is in warranty it started giving me error of 'LCD failure". I called customer care that said 'you should have extended warranty'. Is that the motive of Dell, sell crappy items and expect the customers to pay extra for warranty. I am so disappointed with Dell. Never again...

Seller does not transfer warranty

  • Summary: The computer was bought from Amazon market place (Laptop Deals and More) six months ago. Stopped working couple of weeks ago. Contacted Dell. Dell says that I don't own the computer. Contacted the seller through email (no phone number is available to talk to real person). Although the seller says that they will transfer ownership, after repeated emails, it does not happen.

Great when it worked for the first six months - then it died! Dell would not honor the waranty!

  • Summary: This was my third Dell unit and was to replace my aging Dell Inspiron 630m. I had faith in Dell (past tense) Some of the reviews commented on problems. When the unit stopped charging I tried the other charge adapters and same result. I contacted Dell tech support and they were very helpful and said they would ship a new motherboard to a US address. I was in the Caribbean at the time. Then Dell "Customer Care" intervened and stopped the shipment - twice.

  • Summary: I bought this for my daughter who is attending college, and was assured by the college and by Dell that the warranty would cover everything (parents: that is one of the biggest lies you will hear after "we don't have any issues with alcohol on our campus"). After burning out a video card in only a couple of months of use, the battery died. It is an internal battery, so you cannot do it yourself or you will void Dell's warranty.

Didn't work!

  • Summary: This is a mixed review. The laptop had problems out of the box. I turned it on, and it worked ok. But it had no sound and no USB (I assume that's why the camera didn't work either). I've had a Dell computers and laptops for a long time (at least 10-15 years), and this is the first time I've had any kind of problem, so it was a real surprise.
