Summary: Bought this from Costco. It conveniently started falling apart right after my 2 year warranty ended. Here are the things wrong with my laptop now. One of the hinges is broken. One of the USB ports doesn't work anymore. It overheats (and shuts down) constantly, because the computer isn't well vented.

Summary: This is one of the worst product that I had bought until now. I was having a very good opinion on Dell products, but this product let me down. After few months Bluetooth stopped working. And after that came battery charging issue.
Summary: I am a college student who got this to use for classes and homework and such. Won't even connect to the internet the computer techs here can't figure out why, doesn't run smoothly constantly freezing or just giving me hard times.
Summary: This laptop is HORRIBLE. Had nothing but trouble with it from day one. Thank God I had the extended warranty. Even so, it has caused me much inconvenience and stress. The Customer Service Techs are just as horrible too.
Summary: I bought this computer for my daughter to bring to University. It had problems connecting to the WIFI from the start. You had to be less then 2 meters from the router in order for it to find the network. I reported this toe Dell right away. They tried to fix it remotely.
Summary: I bought a 14z with similar specs in April 2013. It was on a really good sale, but all they had available was refurbished machines. I had bought other refurb items before and assumed it was a safe buy. That was my first mistake. As soon as it was delivered, I started having issues.
Summary: I purchased Dell inspiron 14z ultrabook. It started giving me troubles from the next day. First the blue screen error and then the hard drive issue. Now that my product is no longer is in warranty it started giving me error of 'LCD failure".
Summary: The computer was bought from Amazon market place (Laptop Deals and More) six months ago. Stopped working couple of weeks ago. Contacted Dell. Dell says that I don't own the computer. Contacted the seller through email (no phone number is available to talk to real person).
