Summary: This laptop is beyond bad. I had to send it in 5 times about the motherboard etc. Now it's trashed and I can't even boot it up. Looking for tech support look no further you won't get any from dell. This is a craptop not a laptop.
Excerpt: Microsoft updates caused my omputer to drop it's internet connection. I had to take it back to the store (they were helpful). Two days later, I spent three hours with Dell support fixing the same errors. What a mess. I still don't know why this happened and if it will happen again.
Summary: I got this notebook as a gift from my aunt (who lives in the US) and here's what came outta the box: 1. A beautiful Notebook - yes, its build is so sexy ( at least a lot better than the three other laptops I've owned) 2. When I turned it on, the first thing I got as a 'gift' was "Plugged in, not charging" (and it's still NOT charging even 'they' have contacted the Dell Support on my behalf who weren't of much help) 3.
Summary: I brought dell computer from ebestpurchase, when I got that computer there was problem with running slow, so I did contact amzon they gave me information about technique surport , but it didn't work, so I contacted Dell customer service they send me reinstallation Cd for the computer. I let my frined came my place who work at High-tech company try to find out what kind problem this computer is ?

Excerpt: Do not waste your time, unless you enjoy the frustration of sepnding money for a product that will not work. There is a problem (known by some, not by all) with the preinstalled McAfee Security Software that will cause this laptop to simply stop showing some content of some websites. No one seems to be able to "fix" this issue, so after my second attempt with this laptop, I returned for a completely different brand and model.
Summary: We purchased 2 of these laptops, one for myself and one for my husband. Now, less than a year later they both have huge cracks in the panel surrounding the screen. Mine has one crack and my husband's laptop has two cracks. We aren't particularly rough with them and we didn't drop them... They're just built really poorly. As far as I can tell, with Amazon's warranty we're just out of luck. I completely regret this purchase and if I could give it no stars I would!
