Summary: Hard drive failed a year and a month after I bought it. Had to pay over $170 to have it fixed! Update: the hard drive failed again exactly a month after i had it fixed. The laptop ended up in the trash. What a waste!
Summary: The laptop worked for one hour and had to be returned. I am very hesitant about looking at a dell again. It was a bad experience, maybe I was one Of the unlucky persons to get a defective laptop.
Summary: Before purchasing, I wish I had read the other reviews warning of this product. I purchased it and 2 months later it wouldn't recognize any of the components - no wireless, no pointing device. I got on the phone with Dell technical support for over 1 1/2 hours.
