Summary: fue una pésima experiencia ya que el la computadora que me enviaron estaba defectuosa, al momento de usarla por primera vez duro encendida 5 minutos y se apagó sin motivo alguno. Tuve que llevarla donde un técnico para que la revisara y el me indicó que la computadora estaba defectuosa. Me parece terrible was a terrible experience because the computer they sent me was faulty, upon first use hard on for 5 minutes and off without reason.
Summary: Had to return it - it died - send replacement drive - still dead... People were great at Dell in Phillipines - offered upgrade - still waiting now want me to accept warranty from original purchase date!!!!
Summary: My old laptop broke several weeks ago so I bought this one. When I found the wifi connection of the new laptop did not work well I asked several friends to check whether it was because the setting was not appropriate but we did not figure out the reason. Then I called Dell technical support and spent an hour on the phone call but finally did not figure it out again so I decided to return the laptop as anyone will do.
Summary: - Very cheap construction. The key-board is very fragile. Keeps making weird noise which distracts people around you. - Relatively light weight but should not call itself ultra-book. This is misleading. - The system went blank and gave a strange weird warning about heating while sitting in an air-conditioned class-room. - DO NOT RECOMMEND for people looking for quality. Can be used as an ad-hoc system for an year.
Summary: I bought dell inspiron13z i13Z-3636sLV 13.3inch laptop fron amazon.com. when the first time I saw the laptop it looks pretty and great size; however, the laptop didn't have the hard drive or DVD player .Then I decided to return within two days because the laptop is noot good for educational purpose and I am doubt about its durablity either .I decided not to buy electronics from amazon or any online store.
Summary: I have had this computer less than 3 months and it has completely crashed. Dell will not help me because I did not pay for their extended warranty, which is $199. I just figured a laptop should last longer than 3 months. Update: the third Dell person I spoke with finally acknowledged the existing warranty. So it will be repaired, but what a headache this has been! Cant say I am too anxious to buy another Dell any time soon....
