Motherboard malfunction - still under warranty - ASUS is ignoring their official repair lab

Summary: The computer looks great, is easy to carry around and worked quite well for the first 10 months (though sometimes I had some trouble with getting the screen to light up after sleep mode). About a month and a half ago I got the "blue screen of death" and sent the computer to the lab (still under the warranty). After a few days I was told that there is a problem with the motherboard and it needs to be replaced. Nothing happened since (a month ago).
Summary: Now I can say why Dell is the one of the BEST company in the WORLD. Guys I am telling you my PAIN. I have the issues with charging with ASUS laptop and some times it doesn't detect the Hardrive. I have open a request twice with ASUS and send my laptop to them . The great thing is when i got the laptop with the charger the issue is still there . This is Second time I send my laptop to then and they have just packed again and send back to me.
Summary: Terrible quality control! We have had this laptop three months and it has bricked itself three times. Twice it would not turn on because the keyboard ribbon cable came out of its socket on the motherboard. The power button is on the same component as the keyboard so if the keyboard won't work, you can't even power on the laptop. Bad design and the ribbon cable socket for the keyboard is a bit of a joke.
Summary: The display was not vivid and text was not clear/crisp. It was not a good machine for viewing pictures and videos. For this reason and the fact that thepower connector was loose I returned it to the vendor. However, the refund was $25 less then what I paid. Don't buy this machine if you require a good display.
Summary: My first laptop was from Asus and this is the fourth Asus laptop I have. But this one basically destroyed my trust to this company. I know ultrabook is not good at performance, but zenbook is terrible to the extent that I cannot use it to do my daily job. It delays whenever I open a word file, new tab in chrome, or even click the right button on mouse.
Summary: I bought this computer for my husband and we are surprised how slow it is just when we browse the internet and use the word processor (we tried firefox, chrome and explorer and all are slow). We wanted to give it back to buy another computer but the seller wouldn't take it back, even though we hardly used it. In any case if you decide to buy it, use amazon and not other sellers... We bought it from BuyBuy online and I will never buy anything grom them again!
Summary: This was my third replacement of Asus Zenbook UX32-A-DB51. The first two had issues with the track pad, called Asus customer service they were sort of able to fix the issue but a few days later same issue. The third one worked flawlessly for the first two days and then the charger died. Called Asus customer service and was told to fill out a RMA and then they will send out a replacement.
Summary: This is a finely constructed computer, however there are many issues with the sleep and hibernation mode which are the essential features of an ultrabook. Look online and you will find many users who are frustrated with this model. I had three individual chat sessions with ASUS customer care who were unable to resolve the issue. Apparently there is a known hardware bug. My unit would freeze randomly and I returned it after three days to the vendor.
