Summary: ASUS has the single worst customer service and warranty program I have ever had to deal with. If you do buy their product, you'd better pray that you don't have any problems with it, because you won't get any help from ASUS. In the year that I had one of their laptops, mine broke down 5 times.
Summary: Bought this for my son, but the headphone jack did not work. We kept it for a couple of weeks and realize that we could not deal with it. My son also complained that it would often and suddenly update in the middle of him working on it.
Summary: I ordered this computer to use exclusively for homeschooling. Within the second week it started shutting off and having rebooting issues. I returned it and reordered the same computer. I have had the second one a week and it has shut off. Can't reboot.
Summary: I've owned this machine for less than a week and the touchpad has gone defective. I've done some research, which I should have done before the purchase, and found that this is a common failure for this machine.
Summary: Mouse pad totally stopped working after 35 days. This is the 2nd Asus I bought just like this one and the same problem occurred. I had an external mouse that left me try to get the mouse pad working again and the entier computer began to crash. I highly recommend avoid this computer at all costs!
