Summary: I puchased this for my brother living in overseas, F10 F11 F12 not working , cheap quality, Keyboard letters are peeling , unbelievable, motherboard is making noise, I shipped to Europe and he received about 28 days, so no change to return it back. He had to keep it.
Summary: Before I begin: I would like to point out that I no longer own this computer. I purchased it USED from the Amazon Warehouse in early July and had returned it within a couple weeks because of a few broken keys which would have cost me upwards of $100 to fix.
Good product but beware of the space key problem(it needs extra pressure to work)

Summary: This laptop is good overall. Nice specs which are worth the money. Pros: Good features at an affordable price. Good battery life, around 3-4 hours on one charge. Looks sleek and nice. Doesn't heat much, stays cool as they advertized.
Excerpt: I had this laptop for a few days when the touch screen started acting funny on a couple of occasions. It was like the touch sensors were being engaged when nothing was touching it. So I had to reboot on both occasions to get it to work properly. I ended up returning it as a defective product.
Summary: I bought this laptop in Dec 2013 to replace a 5-year old Sony Vaio which had started to show age. I wanted a 15" laptop with a fast processor, 8 GB RAM, good battery life, and as lightweight as possible. This ASUS laptop fit the bill and seemed like a good deal at just under $650.
Summary: The product is nice thin and light. I chose the black laptop but finger print stains still appear on cover and are not easy to wipe off. The charger when it's plugged into an outlet does not stay in. The plug is too heavy to stay in the up right position.
