Summary: I had to return it. It had issues that I could not correct. I have had an Asus laptop for several years which I love, so I'm not knocking the company, and Adorama Camera was prompt on accepting the return and refund. I often purchase from Amazon and have no problem with them.
Summary: After only three months it stopped charging. The problem is not the jack but the charger port in the laptop. It only charges if you hold it in tight. The second you let go, it's back in battery mode losing charge. I've googled this and now seen others with the same complaint.
Summary: I purchased my labtop on April 1, 2012. The screen on my laptop began to flicker and I called in on April 31 to speak with a tech. I asked if there was anyway that I could recieve a new labtop and the tech told me even though I had only had the laptop for about a month it would have had to be dead...
Great Laptop for 1 year. Customer Services in shambles

Summary: Good performing laptop. Was bought last year and worked perfectly fine for about 6 months then the problems started. Power adapter failures, motherboard failures. The laptop returned back checked and fixed but still dead??? did they really check it before returning it back?
