Summary: Worked great for one year and four months- and then the hard drive crashed. I only used it gently- didn't download many apps, didn't use it to store pictures or documents, and had a good antivirus software. In my opinion, a computer should have more longevity- especially with gentle use.

Summary: I purchased this laptop to operate one application, so it will do just fine. I found it to be too slow for daily use. The biggest bottleneck is probably the hard drive. Performing Windows updates took a very long time. Boot time isn't fast either.

Summary: It is okay, if you intend to boot windows. But I intended to boot linux on it. Linux boots without an issue but the wifi adapter is hard blocked. I searched the net and found its a common issue with asus laptops and the bug has been reported since months, infact years.
