Definitely good for the price

Summary: Definitely good for the price. the non user-removable battery is a bit of a hassle in case it needs to be replaced. There have also been a few instances where the mouse pad would not respond and the pointer would just stay stuck in the middle of the screen.
Battery does not even charge. Only works when plugged in.

Summary: I was very happy when I got this laptop. It appeared to have no damage whatsoever and for the price it was exactly what I was looking . HOWEVER, I recently realized that the battery seemed to not be charging...and when I unplug it, it shuts off completely.
Summary: So I bought the laptop to do personal work and have an inexpensive device at home, the unit worked from March 2014 to early December less than 10 months, now keyboard will not work properly There are numerous key that when pressed do a double key for example L press the L and the LP come up, I press...
but I wouldn't recommend anything other than using it for facebook occasionally

Summary: It's a little clunky and slow at times, though I put that down to Windows 8 rather than any particular fault with the computer. It's okay for light browsing, but I wouldn't recommend anything other than using it for facebook occasionally, and checking emails.
Summary: Bought this a week ago to replace a tablet that didn't even approach the computing power of this Laptop. Here's the thing though - right out of the box, this laptop performed WORSE than the tablet. I thought "well.. maybe it's just because I'm used to SSD performance in machines.
Summary: While it is a cheap laptop sold under $300, I am pleased with the build quality. The plastic shell is fingerprint-proof. And also it has a touch screen, which is a nice feature in a $300 laptop.
Summary: Would I buy again, probably not. I have been using it for 4 months. I broke the display,my fault, and It cost $ 147 to get it fixed. I considered buying something else but couldn't find anything for less than $ 200 so I got it fixed.
Summary: It does get warm/hot on the side where the vent is so you can't really put it on your lap or hold it with left hand. As a layperson who does not know much about computers, only how to use it, it works good, in terms of browsing the net. Fast connection and page loads. Audio sound is decent.
Summary: After reading other comments I was satisfied that while not especially speedy, this would suit my needs for a potable school friendly device. Unfortunately, it is not sufficient. I should have spent the extra 200 to get a product with a little more speed.
