Summary: This laptop is poorly made. It lasts only a bit more than a year, exactly when the warranty expires and at which time ASUS the company refuses to offer any hint of support. The battery lasts only a bit more than a year and stops powering on.
Summary: the computer seem fast enough to check email and surf the web. the screen is not really bright but good enough. a little thick.
Pros: Small, cheap.
Cons: I buy everything at newegg and this time i received the computer while i was away. i missed the dead line by a few days to return because it was DOA. the manager told me that it was not their problem. customer service come a along way... N C I X from now on..
Summary: RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY from this product. Maybe my sons got a few months worth of usage out of this machine, if that. From day one, Xmas day 2014, when my sons opened up their new laptop, we had problems with it.
Summary: Gently used. This was a backup to my primary pc. Motherboard was fried in less than a year. Battery won't hold a charge...can't recalibrate...system won't perform updates…errors out when performing an 'update' to update...wiped and reboot…all to no avail.
Summary: I had plans to pull the hard drive out and install an SSD. Then install an Android OS.
Pros: Nice sharp touchscreen. Windows 8 is LOUSY!!
Cons: Booted up out of the box but will not charge...PERIOD! I contacted ASUS customer support and went through their whole process but still would not charge. They finally told me the the battery was either bad or someone forgot to hook it up inside the case when it was refurbished. I would open the c...
Summary: There is no manual with this laptop. When I asked Asus about the missing manual a representative replied they do not provide a manual, as it is available as an e-manual. So that means I download the manual to my desktop, and read it while playing with the laptop to figure it out.
Summary: Hands down the worst laptop I have ever owned. So much so, I'm writing this review on my phone because the laptop is frozen..... again. The only programs installed on it that weren't already there is MS Office Professional and Skype.
Full of useless bloatware AND is notorious for the central pin on the power adapter breaking off

Summary: This machine is full of useless bloatware that slows it down incredibly, and ASUS does not provide a list of what of these you HAVE to keep in order for the machine to run. I went to return it but missed the return date. Maybe I can spare someone else the nightmare of having to futz with this mess.
Summary: I am very disappointed with this product. I previously owned an Asus laptop that worked very well, but this one is horrible. It is slow and freezes constantly. I wanted a light-weight, simple computer. I do no gaming, and I only stream music on YouTube.
