Summary: Once to get this up clone it fast with an external drive...a hidden cost!
Pros: Appears well built, works fast, no to much bloatware, great value.
Cons: This came in a protective bag, with a power supply in a protective bag and a single piece of paper...that is it! That piece of paper talked about Windows 7 and this was Windows 8. More critical there was now backup of the installed OS and a separate partition as I was told should be there by support. You will need to clone this drive!
Summary: This is great notebook!. I was undecided between this and the Lenovo brand and I picked this one because of the quality. The reason why a 4 star is because of the chicklet keyboard. I'm getting used to the keys though. This laptop is very fast, colors are great and the sound is awesome. It is also weighs very little. I would recommend this laptop.
Summary: After reading mixed reviews I pulled the trigger on this reasonable priced ultrabook, and I was pleased in every way. I did add an extra stick of memory bringing it to 8 gigs total. A must do for any stock notebook.
Summary: Bought this laptop refurbished on ebay for $400. So I got a good deal. The laptop itself is sleek. However it is really not an "Ultrabook" as it is close to 5 lbs. Therefore it is not light despite its sleek profile. However I do not mind carrying it in my backpack. Also the battery life is average. I get about 2.5 hours out of it. Processor and RAM are sufficient, but not amazing. For the money I paid they are good.
Good for price...But beware...NO BLUETOOTH, Up-gradable ??????

Summary: When I saw this Laptop on Amazon, i did the research but was only finding information online for the models that have the corei 7 Specs. Comparing the specs with the information Amazon provided, the only difference was the processors and the memory. I really wanted Bluetooth because i own a pair of Bluetooth headphones which i wanted to use with a laptop. Sadly when I got this system, it has no Bluetooth as stated on Amazon.
Summary: I needed a new laptop for home and this dit my needs for browsing and work. The WiFi card does seem a little spotty, but it hasn't really been a problem, just an occasional drop here and there. It is a great value.
Summary: Had only 2 months and well satisfied. The only problem is the spacebar requires a little more pressure to work than what I am used to. Screen brightness is good. Battery run time is OK. Speakers are very good. Boots up quickly. A little heavy but feels tight, stable and well made. Touchscreen works well.
Summary: Quite light for its configuration, fast, good size and power. The touchscreen is a big plus since my mother uses this machine and she sometimes have problems with the touchpad. So far the only con I found in this machine is the operational system. Windows 8 tried so hard to be idiot proof that sometimes it makes quite difficult to change simple configurations or traps you in certain programs (after clicking in a "send a e-mail" link it opened a white screen with "e-mail"...
