Very disappointed

  • Summary: I have had nothing but problems with this laptop. Touch pad is cheap and finicky. The multi-touch gestures work sporadically and driver needs reset for them to work again. Battery life is decent. Start up times with the solid-state HD I guess are faster but not significantly.

Junk, died the vey next day it was turned on

  • Summary: Died withing a month of purchase, junk, please don't waste your money. unfortunatley it is couple days beyond 30 day return period and not eligible for return. I bought is as a gift for my friend and when he turned it on, it died the very next day. Low quality, extremely disappointed.

DON'T BUY AVOID ASUS

  • Summary: I've had this laptop for about a month and a half now, and at first it was fine. Then, all at once, the wifi wouldn't connect, the touchscreen wouldn't work, no application would open, and the mouse was in complete disarray. I tried my best to fix it, but nothing seems to fix this.

  • Summary: For those that like short and sweet....computer is less than a yr old and been sent back to be "fixed" twice for connectivity issues. have had this issue for over 6 months now. I will do what I can to stop any one from buying from this company EVER.

  • Summary: I use to love the brand name Asus; however, after receiving this laptop... I definitely dislike it with a passion. Barely bought a few months back and i'm already having so many problems. It gets really hot because of the fan and makes so much noise. It shuts off by itself sometimes.

  • Summary: I should have just bought a chromebook. This is an overpriced machine. Further, it is delivered with a bunch of needless software that slows everything down. Finally, I get booted off the internet every time I use this machine. EVERY TIME! It is too expensive for what you get.
