Summary: It sucks for Linux users because that sort of technology simply isn't fully supported yet, so you end up having to do a bit of extra work to be able to use the nvidia card at all (it detects the intel chip by default first).
Pros: the capabilities you get for the cost are very good. Very much enjoy the touch screen capabilities, very nice and portable.
Cons: Based upon how it was advertised, I didn't realize that it uses hybrid graphics. There is the on-board intel graphics chip and the separate nvidia chip. This is great for an OS like Windows because it helps conserve battery power.
Pros: great battery life, really thin, pretty fast, the touchscreen is a cool feature that works well with windows 8.
Cons: windows 8 is very different, If you use chrome for your browser it does not allow you to stream music and then pan to different things such as, Microsoft word or different apps. the sound is horrible and very quiet, I did not pay attention that it didn't have an HD display
