Horrible customer service. Pray you don't have problems.

  • Summary: ASUS has the single worst customer service and warranty program I have ever had to deal with. If you do buy their product, you'd better pray that you don't have any problems with it, because you won't get any help from ASUS. In the year that I had one of their laptops, mine broke down 5 times. Every time I sent it into their 'service' center, the part they replaced failed again within months, or even weeks.

Screen started to open at the top

The Worst Computer I have ever purchsed

  • Summary: DONT BUY!! I have had the computer for 6 months and the Keyboard is lifting up so you cant hit the keys, I bought another keyboard just to use the computer. The mouse pad is so sensitive that if you even just brush it, the mouse will click somewhere else. I have not used the actual attached keyboard and mouse for 4 months because the keyboard lifted up.

  • Summary: You have to be extremely careful when buying this product, the one that is advertised and u think u are buying is not necessarily the one that u would get.....u have to read the FINE PRINTS to make sure ......ITS FRAUDULOUS!!!!!!! I wanted one with a CD drive, the one that I saw had everything including the CD drive but when i got my pc there was no CD drive.

Design is nice, but built with faulty wireless card making this useless for remote work access

  • Summary: ASUS is a great brand. Have used a variety of their products for years. I love everything about this but the wireless card. It constantly drops the signal, causing me to lose emails, downloads and other web based information. I've tried about 12 different wireless networks too. Always the same. I'll be surprised if this actually posts the first time without copying the paragraph, then logging back in and posting it. I've only had this for about 70 days.

Awful Customer Service And Awful Product

  • Summary: First I ordered a similar laptop from amazon on their cyber Monday deal for $200 which was awesome until about 7 hrs after I got my shipping and order confirmation I get an e-mail from amazon saying my order was cancelled due to "mispricing" so I call amazon and get nowhere with their awfull customer service that can barely speak/understand English after that I decided to send them a lovely e-mail stated how I felt and that I was canceling my 3 other orders I had made...
