Pros: -- Lightweight -- sleek in appearance (thin) -- Solid State Drive which makes it quite responsive
Cons: Seeing some worrisome signs in the first 2-3 weeks of use: -- Laptop instantly shutdown suddenly once during perfectly normal use (writing a simple e-mail). Rebooting seemed to show all is functioning normal (only a minor amount of work was lost) -- The WiFi device on the laptop suddenly stopped ...
Summary: I used my Asus Zenbook for three years and it has held up reasonably well. The body and screen hinges feel as solid as ever. The only problem is some slight discoloration in the lower right portion of the screen when it's plugged in for a long time; this developed recently.
Summary: I have been researching for a couple of weeks for a good laptop. I wanted a 3200 X 1800 resolution since to my eyes, it looks pretty good after Windows scaling. I narrowed my choices to Asus ux 303 and dell xps 13.
Fantastic ultrabook, great battery, UNINSTALL ASUS INSTANT-ON to avoid permanent sleep issues

Summary: This thing is fantastic. I'll never get a machine without SSD now. This thing's light, solid feeling, and the battery lasts a lot longer than other laptops. Very quiet. I will say that I did uninstall all of the ASUS power/sleep management things (instant-on in the programs/features).
Summary: Love it - I love Windows 8 and the form factor of this laptop. There's lots of reviews of both but my favorite aspects of the Asus is the aluminum chassis which feels solid and rich and keeps it cool. The track pad is huge and sensitive. The keyboard also has a nice feel.
Summary: This is a very solid feel (physically) machine. Aluminium feel is fantastic. I really liked the form factor. keyboard was so nice. Simply probably one of the most beautiful and solid feel machine. THE BAD: first one crashed (apparently it was the SSD) after two weeks of extremely light use.
