Asus Taichi 31-DH71

21 June 2013
  • Excerpt: The Asus Taichi 31-DH71 is clearly an ultrabook that is meant to be the standout device in the entire category. It is almost nothing like the traditional ultrabook we have come to know and love. It has not one display, but two.
  • Pros: Classy build, Dual display implementation, Comfortable keyboard, Good battery life
  • Cons: Needs to be handled with utmost care, Costs a lot of money, Only 4GB RAM

Review Asus Taichi 31-CX003H Convertible Ultrabook

18 May 2013
  • Summary: Double-decker. Asus seems to have thought: "One Full HD IPS screen is nothing special" and simply builds two of the high definition screens into its Taichi 31 tablet-ultrabook. How the extravagant 13-incher fares in our tests and whether the tablet-ultrabook hybrid is compelling is revealed here.
  • Pros: 2 premium Full HD IPS screens, Good build (aluminum unibody), Swift work speed owing to SSD, Decent sound quality, Low emissions, The stylish and elegant design of the Taichi 31 in its robust aluminum unibody casing.
  • Cons: Throttling during full load, Low graphics and CPU power, Heavy weight for a tablet, High price, Less weight, which is likely only difficult to achieve for construction reasons. 1.5 kg is simply too much, especially for a tablet.

ASUS Taichi 31 Review

11 July 2013
  • Summary: The Asus Taichi 31 is clearly not aimed at the average joe. In fact, it’s probably a little too extravagant as a rich man’s toy as well. I think the video on Asus’s website sums up the demographic for the Taichi perfectly.

Review: ASUS Taichi 31 (Windows 8 laptop met twee displays)

2 September 2013
