ASUS Taichi 31 Review

Tech2
11 July 2013
  • Summary: The Asus Taichi 31 is clearly not aimed at the average joe. In fact, it’s probably a little too extravagant as a rich man’s toy as well. I think the video on Asus’s website sums up the demographic for the Taichi perfectly. The notebook is great if you’re in sales and need to impress some affluent client as the dual screen is best used in this scenario. Other than this, the Taichi 31 is a hard sell, especially at its asking price of Rs 1,39,999 for the Core i7 version.

Asus Taichi 31-DH71 Review

thinkdigit.com
21 June 2013
  • Summary: As an ultrabook, the Asus Taichi does offer a rather unique package. It does well on both the build quality as well as the performance front. But we don't really think the secondary display makes a lot of sense at this time, unless you want to show off often. You should essentially consider the Taichi 31 for the Full HD display, and the very good keyboard.
  • Pros: Classy build, Dual display implementation, Comfortable keyboard, Good battery life
  • Cons: Needs to be handled with utmost care, Costs a lot of money, Only 4GB RAM

ASUS Taichi 31 review: two sides of the story

Hardware.Info

  • Excerpt: ASUS is really on a roll lately when it comes to introducing innovative products. They've got quite the product line-up, including the Padfone, the Fonepad, the Transformer All-in-one, the ASUS Transformer Book and the Vivobook X202E. In that same category is the Taichi, which is an Ultrabook with two screens.

Review Asus Taichi 31-CX003H Convertible Ultrabook

Notebookcheck
18 May 2013
  • Summary: Double-decker. Asus seems to have thought: "One Full HD IPS screen is nothing special" and simply builds two of the high definition screens into its Taichi 31 tablet-ultrabook. How the extravagant 13-incher fares in our tests and whether the tablet-ultrabook hybrid is compelling is revealed here.
  • Pros: 2 premium Full HD IPS screens, Good build (aluminum unibody), Swift work speed owing to SSD, Decent sound quality, Low emissions, The stylish and elegant design of the Taichi 31 in its robust aluminum unibody casing.
  • Cons: Throttling during full load, Low graphics and CPU power, Heavy weight for a tablet, High price, Less weight, which is likely only difficult to achieve for construction reasons. 1.5 kg is simply too much, especially for a tablet.

Techtree
22 July 2013

Обзор ASUS Taichi 31: двойная фантазия

gagadget.com
2 October 2013

ASUS TAICHI 31

Ferra
27 August 2013
