Summary: computer kept going to bios and would not return to windows. would stop responding and had to restart. had to pay to return to asus to review computer in California, no access to computer for return time. computer had cord to attach between tablet and keyboard to instead of going thru the way keyboard attaches to tablet. no asus tech centers around to help.
Summary: I have been using this computer for several months. I like the basic computer and its touch screen capability. However, the keyboard is a major drawback. The feel of the keys is ok, but the touch pad is difficult to use and cumbersome. Also, it seems to cease working from time to time, requiring a reboot of the computer. It may be losing the Bluetooth signal. Other reviews pointed out the problem with the USB cord connection to the main computer. They were right.

Summary: I didn't get the Asus Transformer T300LA-XH71T From Amazon. I bought a refurbished core i7 model T300LA-XH71T from ebay. I thought I would write a quick review to maybe answer some questions and hopefully help some people. I'm using this computer for displaying sheet music while I play piano. The screen is big enough and clear enough to display the music. All of my music is on 8.5x11 inch letter size sheets.

Summary: I bought this for an employee at work. I decided to test drive it for a while so I could compare it to the microsoft surface pro 2. First thing I noticed is this thing is heeeeavy. Especially for a "tablet". Secondly, I was disappointed to learn that the keyboard dock needs to be charged independently with a separate power cord attached to the tablet or to a direct power source.
Sleek, powerful, reliable, works well with windows 8

Summary: Great laptop! My only complaint is that the screen does not tilt back far enough when connected to the keyboard, but they could not have designed it any other way and have it STILL be a transformer book. It tips over backwards (top heavy) very easily on an uneven surface, but it really couldn't function any other way unless the keyboard was designed to be much bigger. Fast, powerful, and my opinion of windows 8 has grown on me since I understand it better.
