Summary: Works fine for a month or two, 4 stars. Then pigtail became loose and required constant baby-sitting. Fine, whatever would've been 3 stars. Finally connector to computer faltered and eventually fell apart completely, extra bonus of raw frayed copper wires.

Summary: Bought this for me teenage daughter who is admit ably hard on electronic. Lasted 2 days after the three month replacement coverage. The end piece disintegrated in the end and it started to look like a fire hazard with frayed wires after a couple weeks, i should have returned it then.
Summary: The tip of the adapter goes into the laptop was so weak. I have bought the same item twice and returned twice due to the same problem occurred. Everything was okay but the tip of the adapter so poor...
Summary: I have yet to purchase an Asus that wasn't a piece of crap. You'd think I'd learn. The price was right for this little guy but a crack appeared in the upper left of the screen through no fault of my own.

Summary: ASUS has the single worst customer service and warranty program I have ever had to deal with. If you do buy their product, you'd better pray that you don't have any problems with it, because you won't get any help from ASUS. In the year that I had one of their laptops, mine broke down 5 times.
Summary: I bought this laptop 1,5 year ago, I didn't even play on it and it doesn't work now. So, I called to the Asus customer service and said that the repair will cost me 90$ or 150$, depends on what is broken. Shipping cost around 40$ with insurance.
Summary: This computer is ridiculously hard to use. About once a month a notification pops up that some crucial update needs to install and gives you 15 minutes before it restarts and updates itself which takes anywhere from 15 minutes to four hours.
