Well built, solid feel laptop...but feels slightly sluggish for a Core i7
3 June 2015
Summary: I have a 3rd generation ROG gaming 15" laptop that was simply to heavy for work. I purchased this one as a travelling system. The unit is well constructed and has a dedicated 3d nvidia card with ample performance..
Summary: Its awesome. Not sure why some people under rated it. Fast, beautiful display and touch screen. Whatever swiping gestures you don't like you can turn off. I use it for school, video editing , and gaming. I upgraded it to 16GB because my editing can get intense. Its fine either way.
like youtube without it being choppy after sleep mode

Summary: I think this computer owes ME stars. I paid 1000 for it at a competitor a year ago and have been on the phone with Asus ever since. I returned it once only to have exactly the same issues. It doesn't play video, like youtube without it being choppy after sleep mode.
Summary: After less than two month use, the screen turns off random times or if I move it a little bit and it doesn't come back. I left the USA and the Hungarian Asus service doesn't want to repair it under warranty, even I got 90 days global Asus warranty with it.
Summary: I've had this a year and 4 months, and I don't really have any complaints - this does everything I need it to, and I've never run into issues with it. I do almost always use it with external keyboard, mouse, and monitor though.
It has a nice, sleek design and is very fast and responsive

Summary: Although the one-day shipping wasn't quite on time (no big deal), my brother loves this laptop. It has a nice, sleek design and is very fast and responsive. He has grown use to Windows 8, although I'm pretty sure you can try to install Windows 7 if you prefer it.
Summary: I purchased this sometime back from Bestbuy. Asus has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Certain keys in my keyboard stop working randomly. My Audio port stopped working within one month of purchase. Overall please do not buy this.
