Summary: I had bought this laptop from different retailer same model has decent specs for what i used it for (gaming, surfing the web) i had eventually encounter a charging port problem had to shove it in then it eventually broke. A pain to repair i do not recommend this to anyone please look else wair
Summary: I guess you get what you pay for...keyboard sucks, keys go out and this is not a business pc, this is an adjunct to me desktop so doesn't get that much use, maybe in the bedroom or on 3 trips a year.
Summary: Ill third the powerjack issue. I know this review comes late, but ive had this computer 2+ years, the jack was busted within 1. No one would repair it, as the soldered jack used is difficult and costly repair and apparently re-breaks frequently.
Horrible customer Service. Pray you don't have problems.

Summary: ASUS has the single worst customer service and warranty program I have ever had to deal with. If you do buy their product, you'd better pray that you don't have any problems with it, because you won't get any help from ASUS. In the year that I had one of their laptops, mine broke down 5 times.
