Summary: I had Asus laptop before and these machine are a beast. But the latest one I bought used from Amazon was garbage. Had problem since day one when arrived. Here are problems I had: 1. When repackage, it came with siren wrap to the cardboard to protect from shipping. Failed. Got boot error disk when booting to Windows. 2. On top of the screen there is a red bleed on the Asus logo when starting up.

Summary: The shipping quality for a product this expensive is way below par. no extra padding on one side of the box which meant that any time it didn't hit the top of the box the laptop was receiving the direct damage. Opened it up and turned it on thinking it was still fine and it seemed like it was.
For the money, the build quality is disappointing.

Summary: I received my G750JZ on April 24th, and since then I've been very disappointed with this laptop. The first problem I ran into was the mouse right click, the button was getting stuck against the casing when it was depressed. After using it for a while it started to work smoother. The 2nd issue is the port that the charger connects into is not a snug fit, and the charger wiggles around when plugged in.
ASUS tech support knows nothing about this computer.

Summary: I liked all the specs on this laptop when I bought it particularly the Trinity feature that is shown on Asus's website showing this laptop able to hook up to 3 separate monitors. I tried this with no luck, then I got on a chat session with Asus. It appeared the tech support person helping me had no access to any technical details regarding this laptop, it is fairly new.
Summary: I would have liked to give this laptop a fuzzy warm excellent review because I was so excited about receiving it. I received the first one and 20 minutes later I was on tech support to try to figure out what was wrong with it. All lights displayed but nothing on the screen. Hooked it up to my TV via HDMI and there was the windows 8.1 setup. So ok, dud screen.
