Summary: If you depend on your computer daily ... beware of this one. Customer service is terrible. My computer worked fine for two months then one day I turned it on and the hard drive had disappeared completely. I decided to chat with customer support.
Summary: I had Asus laptop before and these machine are a beast. But the latest one I bought used from Amazon was garbage. Had problem since day one when arrived. Here are problems I had: 1. When repackage, it came with siren wrap to the cardboard to protect from shipping. Failed.

Summary: The shipping quality for a product this expensive is way below par. no extra padding on one side of the box which meant that any time it didn't hit the top of the box the laptop was receiving the direct damage. For the money, the build quality is disappointing.

Summary: I received my G750JZ on April 24th, and since then I've been very disappointed with this laptop. The first problem I ran into was the mouse right click, the button was getting stuck against the casing when it was depressed. After using it for a while it started to work smoother.
ASUS tech support knows nothing about this computer.

Summary: I liked all the specs on this laptop when I bought it particularly the Trinity feature that is shown on Asus's website showing this laptop able to hook up to 3 separate monitors. I tried this with no luck, then I got on a chat session with Asus.
Summary: I would have liked to give this laptop a fuzzy warm excellent review because I was so excited about receiving it. I received the first one and 20 minutes later I was on tech support to try to figure out what was wrong with it. All lights displayed but nothing on the screen.
