Summary: The first netbook I ever purchased was a 7 inch Asus. I loved it even though I could barely type on it even with my tiny fingers. Netbooks have come a long way, exploding in popularity before fading again with the emergence of the tablet. I bought this Asus because it was cheap and slim and tiny. Unfortunately, the keyboard was too difficult to touch type on and the MeeGo operating system not user friendly (at least for me).
Summary: I purchased this netbook for my sister so she can have some way to write her stories, get on facebook and communicate with our family overseas. I'm not too familiar with the software on the computer, but it was a hassle to try and run Oovoo or Skype. I'm not even sure if it can handle it. My sister has had the laptop since the beginning of June and now the screen will not turn on. It runs, but it will not turn on.
Summary: This netbook was great. The operating system mego is crap. It won't alow you to use adobe flash player. I loved its thinness and light weight, but if you use adobe don't buy this netbook. MEEGO is CRAP.
Summary: I bought this item about a week ago and am making movements to return it. The operating system "meego" is just about the most ridiculous thing I've ever tried to figure out. Unless you have experience with it, or have a friend who knows how to do it, don't even try. It "automatically detects" new hardware when its plugged in, and there is no way to manually search for it. So, I couldn't use my printer.
Summary: I'm rewriting my review completely. I was having problems with Meego not holding the time. It kept reverting to Korean. Also Google search would return results in Korean as well. This was not a problem in the beginning. I thought something had gone haywire so I did a restore from the backup USB I made. Again, worked great for awhile then the same behavior returned. Time and search results went haywire.
Single mono speaker, light bleed through white plastic bezel.

Summary: I so wanted to like this super thin netbook and even pre-ordered a white one from Amazon. But I was impatient and ended up ordering one from another big online distributor. I was very happy to receive this today, however my expectations were quickly shot down. Though I think most of the issues are due to the Meego OS (non-working apps, wireless constantly dropping, power saving dim feature not disabling while watching video, screen freeze), there are hardware issues as...
Summary: Mir scheint die Tastaturlayout schlecht.
