Summary: I ordered this netbook from everest online and they sent me the wrong model. Their response was that they're "all the same" so they basically just send you whatever they want, not what you ordered. They are all similar, but they are not the same.
Summary: I really like this computer....after upgrade. The computer I received had 1GB Ram and a 3 cell battery. The reviews that I read prior to purchase indicated that 2GB RAM was recommended for optimal use and that upgrading the unit with 1GB would necessitate taking the computer apart.
Summary: Purchased this netbook as a replacement for a laptop. Primarily used to access high school Blackboard content and surf the web. This little unit is perfect for this type of use. The battery lasts approximately 3.5 hours of continuous use on a charge. It is compact (10 inch screen) and very light.
Summary: Quite a handy, easy to carry computer that's relatively feature-packed for the price. My only qualm is that it isn't as quick as I thought; maybe it's because I'm so used to my MacBook Pro plus I expected too much from the Intel dual-core processor; I prefer Intel over AMD.
Summary: This is our second ASUS Netbook and it is a good little portable computer. The process was flawless. We got it in a timely manner and it works well. The only complaint is that adding additional memory to the laptop is very difficult.
Summary: This is my fourth and probably the last of my Eee PC purchases. The ASUS quality is still there, but the models I had to choose from were disappearing from the online sources. Finally got this one since it was still available, but was not my first choice.
Summary: This netbook is more capable than I thought. But I did upgraded the RAM and everything runs smoothly. Don't have the best keyboard, speaker, screen etc etc... but very decent product for its price! However, my netbook makes continual weird noises. It isn't loud and I'm not really bothered by that!
Summary: Considering that I bought this computer b/c it's purple, it has been OK. Was very slow, but I added some memory (which unfortunately voids the warranty...), but it's OK now. Also, come with a starter version of Windows 7 -- very annoying -- and Windows 8 is a disaster (in my opinion), so if you can...
