Excellent price/value and they keep on chugging along (despite extremely heavy use & abuse)

Summary: Excellent. Best value for money that I've come across. Mine go through some very hard traveling all over the world (inc. 8 months Egypt, Malaysia, Australia, China). First one went about 3-4 years and then just too much abuse took it's toll. This one I've now had for a year and a half and it is still going strong (inc. 9 months Vietnam, Cambodia, Tibet, Nepal, Central America, Alaska). Also purchased one in red for a college student/friend in Nepal.
Summary: Bought this for the girlfriend for school -- it works great and is light enough to put in a backpack without adding much weight at all. I haven't tried playing any games on it, but with 2GB of RAM it's guaranteed to struggle with most games. For email, writing documents, browsing the web -- this thing is great. The keys are small, but they have space between them so the keyboard works (even for my big fingers).
Summary: I purchased this from Amazon Warehouse for $160 because I wanted a disposable laptop for travel. It fit in a tiny backpack and I carried it around Asia for two months. It plugged directly into 240v sockets too. It's also pretty light, like a 100 page hardback, and it took a bit of abuse. It worked great in WiFi cafes, played movies to my LCD TV in hotels, and with a wireless mouse, was a joy to use. I hate touch pads.
Summary: Very nice hardware excellent performance with the LINUX Mint OS. Good screen resolution perfect size for working on the go. Light weight and decent battery life make it ideal for carrying on travel and easy to setup wifi wireless internet access. Really no down side to this small laptop.
Summary: I love this handy notebook. I can bring it anywhere for work if needed. It works pretty ok and so far it hasn't failed me yet. The processor is fast in my standards since all I do with this is word processing and occasional surfing over the internet.
Summary: If you do buy this machine just be sure you do all the updates prior to using otherwise you will get frustrated. Once updates are complete including Wi does 8.1 you will have a powerhouse system in a netbook size package. I am adding a wireless mouse along with a wireless keyboard just for when I need to do some serious work. I use this for not only work but also to watch movies and videos on b in screen along with a ton of other everyday uses.
Summary: Ultimately, this is a nice highly portable computer for a very reasonable price. At its price point, it competes with current Chromebooks, but is a better option since you have all of the advantages of a full computing system that can be utilized even when not connected to the web. I bought this computer because the Christmas time sale on it made it especially attractive (~$220). Plus, I had always wanted to give a Linux distribution (e.g.
Summary: I was on the internet before Windows came out. I have tried a Mac, been using Windows for a long time. I got really tired of my computer crashing and constantly having to remove malware, viruses and so on. It seems like you have to spend most of your time keeping that junk off your computer. I've heard Ubuntu is a lot more stable and you don't have to spend a ton of time keeping your computer virus-free. Well, I got my computer yesterday with Ubuntu pre-installed.
