Summary: I ordered this computer on Amazon on May 10, 2009. I bought it to make presentations. It worked fine for 10 months. Then, the LCD+CRT Extend quit working. Per ASUS recommendation, replaced VGA driver (didn't help) and then rebuilt the operating system back to square one. Problem still there. Returned the unit ($15 shipping paid by me); they replaced a board; still have the same problem; do they test after they make repairs? Now, they want me to send it back again.
Summary: While I commend Amazon for their customer service and reliability I cannot say the same for ASUS! I ordered the 1002HA and received it the next business day. From the start there was no bluetooth connectivity and the mouse was faulty. Both I and an IT professional tried all of the troubleshooting and recommended bios repairs to no avail. When speaking with "Customer Service" each of us, on repeated attempts got what seemed to be a novice reading from a script.
