Summary: Bought this Netbook for the convenience of size. Little did I know that going from one web site to another requires a nap, a shower and then some. This is the slowest thing I have ever seen. Furthermore, even if you put it on battery saver, it chews battery like crazy.
Summary: I received ASUS netbook and charged it for 8 hours before turning it on. Did 2GB upgrade. Started having issues with it freezing up while shutting down and had to pull the battery to get it to turn off several times. Noticed the battery was 100% and showed 7 hours run time.
Summary: I purchased this netbook because my husband and my best friend both have Asus netbooks and love them. I was excited about this particular model because it is a newer model and has a lot of great features. Unfortunately though, the keyboard was a deal breaker for me.
Summary: I am not a high tech person. For a baby booomer, I am better than many of my peers. The reason why I bought this is for word processing and reviewing documents on my USB key. Let me share with you my initial impressions: 1.
Summary: I bought this unit last month. The processor is slow and freeze/not responding often times. I was told that netbook is not strong enough to hold Windows 7. My computer status shows 2.3 rating for Processor performance. The Windows 7 starter package is also horrible.
Features are decent...now if I could just use them

Summary: I was disappointed in my Dell's power supply (I've owned 3 of their laptops over the past 4 years) because they typically lasted around a year before acting up. Now with the Asus it's been 3 weeks of very occasional use and the power supply has quit completely.
Summary: I bought this netbook to replace my 2 year old Acer Aspire One that died last week. Figured I'd give Windows 7 starter a try as well. I received the computer yesterday, charged it, set it up, and was disheartened to find out that it is VERY slow in internet browsing - much slower than my 2 year old...
Summary: I would like to preface my comments by stating that we like this netbook but have found Asus' support of this product severely lacking. My comments are based in part on the previous purchase of two other Asus netbooks. Pros: Works pretty much as you would expect.
