Horrible Customer Service. Pray you don't have problems.

Summary: ASUS has the single worst customer service and warranty program I have ever had to deal with. If you do buy their product, you'd better pray that you don't have any problems with it, because you won't get any help from ASUS. In the year that I had one of their laptops, mine broke down 5 times. Every time I sent it into their 'service' center, the part they replaced failed again within months, or even weeks.
Summary: Read the fine print....after having the product for 24 hours i was not satisfied and wanted to return it, I was giving another number call about it. Bottom line is I have a product that i am not happy with and can't return it. I have never owned a new computer that was sooo slow .
Summary: I wanted a laptop fast. I took a risk by getting one online. It came today. I used the customize installation, and it works fine. There are no minor scratches, the keyboard types perfectly. It came drained of battery, but I plugged it in. There maybe an update on this review, but right now I like it.

Summary: I can't say enough good things to say about shon he's got on the Pc with me and help me throw some things.at first they sent me the wrong pc but he exchange it for the right one no problem I would buy from him agin.
Summary: Do not like the computer and "Adorama" the seller was horribly unhelpful. I have had to reset the whole device at least twice already, losing all kinds of data in doing so. The cursor sucks- will just stop working. Hate this computer and will never buy this brand again.
