Summary: However, I do not like window 8 and wish we had the option of getting windows 7 instead. Windows 8 is cumbersome and NOT user friendly. I feel you have to click a lot more than with windows 7. The computer itself is fine.
Summary: Beware, ASUS refuses to honor the warranty for accidental damage. In my case, I spilled coffee on it. The computer is totally functional except the keyboard. I have to hookup an external keyboard. ASUS took my laptop for repairs and now refuses to repair it.
Summary: I bought this coputer in Feb. 2013, and it is already dead. This is the most I have spent on a laptop, and I was under the impression that this was a good brand to purchase. I have bought an Aspire (3.5 years old), and a Dell (2 years old) and both of those are still going strong being used by my...
Summary: This laptop has worked well and not given me any hardware related problems. It has been predominantly connected to my TV for over a year with no problems. I believe this company will take business away from HP and Dell by producing a better quality product with equal specifications and comparable...
Summary: I have had this computer for nearly one year. I have having the same issue that many others have complained of - The space bar. It was always a bit difficult to use but has gotten progressively worse over the year. It works about 50% of the time. I have to hit it really hard, right in the middle.
Summary: First of all, windows 8 I horrible. With that said, the track pad on this thing has so many shortcuts built into it that it will cause you to do all sorts of unintentional things when you use it. Lastly, speakers on the bottom, so good luck hearing anything if you put it on your lap.
Summary: If I could give this 0 stars I would. Felt cheap when I opened it. Turned it on and started setting it up. It said it needed to reboot to save all the changes so I complied. Tried turning it back on. Only the light indicating that it was on turned on. Nothing else.
Summary: This laptop was upgraded to full memory capacity and it is all you could want in an Asus laptop for the price. It has multiple programs to enhance keeping it up-to-date and can handle multiple programs opened at once with no lag. A very good performer at a reasonable price.
