Summary: The computers audio has stopped working after only 2 months of normal use, on top of that half the time it dosnt charge and it crashes randomly with no warning... this person is selling old computer that he probably refurbished to look nice but at the end of the day don't work nice...
Summary: It arrived dead, seller is very slow to respond. I send the MacBook back and I was told I would get another one. After over a week of no response I emailed them. They don't answer over the weekend. So few days after I was told sorry we don't have anymore. The MacBook I received was duty and like I said it was completely dead. If I knew I wasn't going to get another one I would have looked for another one right away instead of being without a computer for this long.
Summary: Many many many cracks, scratches, pieces broken. The plastic around the screen is removed, the keyboard is coming out of the base, the base around the monitor is cracked about 2 inches. The hardware is fine, but the condition is bad.
Summary: I found out for a apple tech , not only was this sold me as a 2009 13 inch macbook,it was really a mid 2007 model that I cant do much with in 2013 and the memory or ram could not get much the 4gb and also it was formated wrong and windows was installed on it, Just so had I had office 2011 and the guy made it seem he would give me the key or help me with this mac, but he could never figure out the pass word or give me the key for the sofware and ignored me
Summary: I can't blame the ad, Ha , Maybe the person with the drill , The bit went thur the hard drive as said, and also the mother board and all the way thur the laptop to the other side. It certainly was a learning expierance. I guess I'll know next time....
Summary: Got laptop in timely fashion. Looks of product (wear & tear) seemed like should have been more stressed Forgot to mention faulty power problem: loose power source and cold not transport laptop while powered on. Less than 25% satisfied trying to resell it now :( shoulda woulda coulda got insurance....
Summary: I work as an IT manager, overseeing about 4000+ client computers. About one-fourth of them are Macs. I myself am a long-time Mac user, currently using a dual-quad Mac Pro and a 1st gen white MacBook, which I love both of them. Full disclosure: I do not own this new MacBook (although I had planned to upgrade), but we bought several for evaluation purposes to determine whether they would be purchased in larger quantities.
