Summary: Do not purchase anything from instantreplayelectronics. You should instantly return the item if you made the same mistake I did. I was on chemotherapy at the time and was in need of a laptop. I couldn't afford very much so this "refurbished" MacBook Pro was stretching my budget.
Summary: Have had serious problems a month after purchasing this computer. Hoping to hear back from the company to resolve this issue in my email. Screen would fade to black, then refuse to come back on after trying a series of different troubleshoots.
battery already crapped out in less than a month and a half

Summary: At first I was very pleased with the purchase, but just over a month and a half after buying the laptop, the battery has died and it will not hold a charge. I can't even turn the computer on! I purchased a protection plan from square trade and, so far, they have been useless in helping me.
Summary: If I was able to not put any stars, I would. The laptops battery dies at a fast rate. I'd say in about 15 minutes, it goes from 100% to shutting off. The corner of the laptop has a dent in it like it fell on a hard surface. It's very slow. I'm not satisfied with this order.
Summary: I bought this item today, was disappointed to see no charger. And one of the screws under the lap was missing(suspicious). I don't have anything good to write because I'm unable to switch on the lap. will update later.
