Summary: the laptop was just as described with a few more scratches on the out side of the case, the screen and keyboard look new. The charging unit was another story, looked brand new, still had the protective plastic on it but it failed within in an hour of being plugged in. Not very impressed with it as I cant power the laptop unit I get another.
Summary: the computer came with a few dents and signs of use but i expected that. the problem is this is running 10.5.8 which means theres not app store.meaning you cant down load new updates unless u buy snow lep first.
Summary: Everything works fine except the fact that the charger was not the right one after a week of use it broke and I couldn't use the extension because it wasn't the right one. Very disappointed for that fact. Also it says battery life is 8 hours which is not true. :( I had to order another charger as a result making me spend more money when I already paid for the everything.
Summary: I have it. Bought it for replace parts. The computer is good. But sometimes over heat will broke the computer. Over all is good computer to have. If u r not a graph worker. U don't need this computer. Price is over how much is worse. Replace parts is too expensive. Cost more if u take to apple to fix it.
Summary: this company is a little bad with communiation esp on their website. I wanted to return this computer because it would shut off with the power cord came out a return had a restocking fee of 10% or $90 so i would only get $800 for something that was sent to me defective. Paying to have it shipped back to them ($50) in hopes they can fix the problem. So far i like the computer when it is working, but I dont like dealing with this company.
Good computer. No software. Could have bought new with software at$330 more

Summary: The computer works well but came with no system software. I had the Mountain Lion software so was able to initialize, but I wasn't aware that it came with someone else's name and image in the startup. I didn't have a password, so have no way of knowing if there was any software. I had to erase and re-initialize the whole thing. I could have bought a later version of the same computer for a couple of hundred dollars more than I paid and had a computer ready to run.
Excerpt: Okay, when we first got it we loved it. The graphics were amazing 3 years ago but the constant improvement on screen quality is crazy. Have had some problems with the monitor and definitely enjoyed have the 3-year warranty to call in on. Can't beat apple on the user friendly OS system though. If I could combine Apple OS with my new Asus laptop screen I'd be a happy camper.
The Apple MacBook Pro Notebook is decent to say the least.

Excerpt: The Apple Mac-Book Pro 13-inch (MC375LL/A) Notebook is decent at the most. I have seen and used better, and it did not put forth any new tidbits that I would think more useful than any-other apple notebook out on the market in the same price range. I do on the other hand like how long it stays charged on long road trips, ect.
