Summary: This computer was bought to see If I would like to use a Mac, I always used windows based computers. I would not recommend buying any Mac over five years old. The CD/DVD did not work in this computer, it tore up one of my CDs but I can always replace it. Do buy a Mac if you can afford it but buy one about 2010 or newer. I like Lion but I cant upgrade to Mountain Lion let alone to Mavericks or Yosemite. as for the computer alone it works well for its age.
Pretty much all ya need - None too fancy, but gets the job done and well!

Summary: I haven't had a personal computer since 2009 and was looking for something with photoshop so that i could start working on websites i had been promising to design....fast! I have always used windows, but have an iPhone and wanted the full experience, so I went with the Macbook. I have only been using it for a couple days and am still finding myself googling "how do i --- on a mac", but Apple support is great and everything is pretty user-friendly.
Summary: I already had knowledge of the Macbook Pro family, but I was kind of uncertain as to whether or not I wanted to purchase one that was refurbished. However, it all worked out, I am feeling upmost happy with this purchase that I made, and there is the strong possibility that I will confidently do so again. It is surely not a later model, but it is efficient enough for what I want to do, and it looks great.
Summary: Bought one of these at the end of 2013. Upgraded the RAM from 1GB to 4GB and upgraded the hard drive to a refurbished 120GB solid state drive. After investing around a hundred dollars for those two things, this laptop is a GREAT alternative to low-end Windows laptops, or it's a way to try out the Apple ecosystem without dropping over a thousand bucks for a new Macbook.
Summary: The Apple MacBook 13.3" Laptop was purchased as a Christmas present and sent overseas. The receiver loved it and has been enjoying it with other family members. I will buy it again if the need be. Thanks. Ezenwata.
