Summary: The first thing I noticed was how poorly the laptop was packaged, by some miracle it did not get damaged in shipping. The problem is that the Laptop was described as in "Very Good Condition" and it was far from being in good condition.
Summary: The computer was shipped promptly. It seemed just as it was described. Two days past the last day it could be returned, the hard drive died. So it ended up costing a lot more than the $400 I paid for it.
Summary: This Mac is on it's way back. When I first received it I tried charging it. Turned out it wouldn't work with out being connected to a power source. So...I purchased a brand new battery for it. Fully charged it and gave it to my daughter as a Xmas gift.
Summary: I learned today, as an Apple customer for 10 years, that everything is not good when it comes to their customer service. My Macbook stopped charging. I went down to the Apple Kingston store to get advice on how to fix it. What a mistake.
Summary: I'd love to report a pleasurable experience purchasing from Easy Buy but for others contemplating purchasing a refurbished laptop or desktop save your money and purchase from a reputable company, clearly Easy Buy is not within this league.
