Summary: Initially I was impressed with how smooth everything looked, felt, and worked, but it didn't take long for issues to spring up. I had opted for the red color scheme but they delivered with blue, it was an easy change but unable to change the adapter led.
Summary: Not long ago Dell called me and offered me a trade in for my old m17x r2 to upgrade to the latest greatest alienware laptop for free. As anyone would I agreed and let me say that it was the worst mistake I ever made.
Summary: Initially I was very happy with this laptop, the videocard and CPU are amazing for a laptop, but over time many problems have become evident: 1. The sound card constantly stops working and is unable detect any audio devices upon hibernation or powering down. 2.
Summary: If you want portability, look elsewhere. At 10.6 lbs, this thing is a cinder block. With that being said, I have NEVER owned a more powerful laptop, period. This is worth literally twice what I paid for it, and I couldn't build a more powerful DESKTOP for this price either.
Summary: I bought mine two years ago and from the beginning only gave me problems. I spend money on new hard drives, new charger, and now the Bluray just stopped working. Reinstalled windows recently and I see the blue screen of death at least once per day.
