Summary: Definitely not the product that I was expecting to receive when purchased. I would strongly advise looking into a newer, better product than this laptop. The weight alone is ridiculous let alone the poor performance and decently small HD. Overall it was a very poor financial choice.
Summary: I bought this laptop for my wife two years ago. The warranty expired after a year. The laptop suddenly stopped booting and analysis indicated either a motherboard or CPU failure. When we called for support we were told that there are NO PARTS OR SERVICE AVAILABLE for "off warranty" computers.
Summary: I purchased my MX15 directly from Dell about 3 years ago. I also purchased a hardware support plan. The laptop has always performed well, to a point. After the first 90 days or so, the machine would occasionally freeze up, or the monitor would go dark.
Looks awesome, sounds awesome, but crippled by awful design.

Summary: I've had this machine since early 2010 - and to start things off it was EXTREMELY over-priced for the specs it has. An Asus or Lenovo of the same, or greater quality would be nearly half the price. You're only paying for the "wow" affect this computer leaves people with.
Summary: Strictly speaking as a photo/video editor, it's simply not reliable. In fact, of all the electronic devices I currently own, it's among the least reliable. Excitedly bought it through Dell using a Sl'ckDeals promo.
Summary: I bought this laptop over three years ago and it still runs like it did the first day. I've only ever had one problem when the power cord died, but who hasn't had that problem? Great graphics, very fast quad core.
Summary: I bought this computer about a year ago. I've had several problems with it. The keys on the computer have started to break off of the computer. I am not rough with my electronics. I take very good care of them. This cheaply made keyboard looks pretty with LED lights but is not very sturdy.
