Summary: This laptop sounded great when I bought it. Large screen, touch screen. But I have had nothing but problems since I bought it. It freezes up, the touchpad stopped working. I ordered reset disks from the maker. I Wiped the computer clean. Used the reset disks and it has not gotten better.
