Summary: The system and hardwire is fine. I can't resist install Ubuntu on it as soon as I receive the package. In the era of touch-screen, the cost of this kind of traditional computers are lower and lower. A good example of high performance at low cost. I don't know whether it is made in China as Chinese products are increasingly better now. Last words, Far Cry 3 can run very well on this computer!
Summary: I'm still getting used to Win8 ... my old desktop still is running WinXP ... my wife's laptop has Win7 and also at my place of employment my desktop runs Win7 ... I would have preferred 7 but went ahead with this laptop with 8 ... with Microsoft's Win8 update soon to be released maybe it will get easier adjusting to 8 ...
Summary: I like almost everything about this laptop. The display is beautiful - and that is extremely important for my photographic work. The computer does everything very well and it is fast enough with sufficient RAM and HD storage. It is solid and has enough ports (USB, SD, HDMI, mic, headphone, ethernet) for my requirements. The only negatives are that the keyboard could have better tactile feel and the battery life is not as long as I'd like.
Summary: The laptop was fine, and works in a great way. The price is a beautiful thing, but when i unpacked it, the builtin speaker was disconnected, then i had to disarm it, and reconnect the speaker, thats is way i give 4 stars. Excuse the poor English.

Summary: Pros: Price! @ $650-700, you will not find a better laptop Performance, this thing handles everything i throw at it. Screen Size! Cons: Battery life drains even when plugged in while playing demanding games. I will say if its fully charged and plugged in it doesnt drain Windows 8 is awful.... just awful.
Summary: I've been using this laptop for some weeks now, and I am pretty amazed by it. The screen is nice and bright, the speaker is surprisingly loud, the CPU doesn't slow down the laptop, the graphics processor handles Minecraft and Battlefield 3 really well. Minecraft is reaching 120 constantly and in Battlefield 3 I am hitting a solid 60fps on low, and around 40fps on high-ish.
