!!BEWARE!!

  • Summary: After less than 2 months of use the screen started malfunctioning. The malfuction was a purple discoloration in the center of the screen as well as a little green dot that would randomly appear in the top right corner. After speaking with Tech Support I sent it back for repair on 3/13/13.

Full of adware

  • Summary: I bought this computer which I thought was almost identical to my previous much loved laptop. How wrong could I be? It was sold full of adware! I couldn't click on anything without being taken to some sort of advertising pop up or otherwise. It made the whole system incredibly slow.

Windows 8 is awful

  • Summary: I already had an Acer with Windows 7 which has served me well. So when replacing our PC with a laptop we went fro the V3 17.3-inch model. After several attempts to use it we have given up and abandoned it in a corner. I wish we could still send it back.

Spec states a Blu-ray drive but does not play Blu-ray discs !

6 months later, two trips for repair the withdrawn

  • Summary: We had to send this item back to Germany twice for repair and the second time lenovo themselves refused to replace it! I'd be surprised if it survives for sale. We lost money and time and we were very much inconvenienced by the failure of this product.

  • Summary: Computer is probably fine but the windows 8 operating system loaded on it is difficult to navigate without a touch screen and means that there is reduced functionality on the computer, at present it is slower than my4 year old Samsung notepad, which has years of downloads, kids homework and goodness...
