Summary: Just got this a few weeks ago. Added 4gb ram to make it 8gb. Pretty decent size for movies and fast enough for some Steam games. Also moved my SSD drive over so everything seems to be running smoothly. I like it so far... for the price and features, it's pretty good.
Summary: Really this has nothing to do with Acer. Mainly because I have not used it as of 2 weeks since I received it, but I am sure that it is a wonderful laptop when I get it back. I used one of the member PCRush to purchase it. So I get it and of course turn it on and the keyboard is not working.
Summary: I bought my Acer, loved it during the first week I had it in my possession. Forced to send it back due to BSOD's and eventual failing to start. Send it back to Acer for repairs, they reinstall Windows and send it back to me. Within a day, it BSOD's and fails to start.
Summary: Generally, this Acer Aspire V3-571-9646 has great features and plenty of disk space, but it also has two bad habits that prevent me from liking it as much as I should: 1) The space bar frequently doesn't work, and 2) about every hour I get a pop-up informing me I've already registered my Acer...
Summary: Well I've had this laptop for about a year. In general it's not a bad laptop. Approx 6 weeks ago the mouse cursor started to jump around when I type. The cursor jumps any time it want's to. Sometime it jump's back a few word's, at other times it will winin the middle of the last paragraphd up.
Summary: In general I am happy with the laptop but there are some issues. The sound is not good. Despite having a Dolby program the sound it is so lame, above comparing to my previous Gateway. Maybe I have not been able to set it in the best way, but I doubt it.
