Summary: Hi,fellow victims. You may or may have already know that acer support is extremely bad!! This is what happened to me, I bought this unique laptop from Microsoft store on blackfriday, first this item is a complete mess, it is one of those unfinished products or just a prototype feeling to it, what makes matter worse is that they don't or never intend on supporting it, no update nothing. For window 8, forget about it.

Summary: I bought this laptop by thinking that it will come with W8 operating system since when I purchase allp of the new laptops will be coming with W( loaded. But it came w7 OS. I thought that it can be upgraded. Unfortunately I found out that this device is not suitable for upgrade. I tred to comminicate with Acer. Unfortunately all of custumer representatives told me how sory they are to not help me.
Summary: I want to start by saying that the idea behind this notebook is good.... but after using this computer for awhile it grows very old.typing on the keyboard is so frustating that you want to plug a usb keyboard into it.performance is really lagging for the specs and for the price you would think it would have a diskdrive.this thing is just for show, and thats all.I cant say anything good about it besides the look. sorry acer.....
Summary: I've been using this laptop for a few months and found the touch screen and virtual key board is impossible to use without a mouse, some time it close my browser by it self. i had contact customer service and they put me thought the circuit but can't fix it. I'm got tire of it.it heavy and the battery is last less than 2 hrs. it's the worst computer.
Summary: Looks flashy and a cornerstone as a conversation piece when seen by others who gawk at the dual touchscreen BUT... it has a lot of drawbacks that you must know before you get one. You can't just add an external monitor on it because the second screen on the bottom already acts like it is one. So forget presentations on a projector. It just won't work.
Summary: I love it. I've added a wireless keyboard and love it even more. If you need to be able to type a bit faster get you a wireless keyboard and have at it. I made a stand that let this computer stand straight up and I view on one screen videos and the other web pages. Love it, oh by the way I purchased 2. :) The above was a few months ago. When everything was all said and done, I had purchased 3 of these laptops and talked a good friend into buying one.
Summary: The touch screen keyboard is sort of nice because I use English plus another language but I have to type much slower in order for the keyboard to catch up. After about 45 days of occasional usage, the backlight of the top panel is dead. The panel still works but I can barely see what it is displaying. I'm going to see what sort of warranty this has and what kind of service Acer provides, then I will update this review.
Summary: I have wanted this since I saw the first ad in Wired Magazine. By accident I noticed Amazon had them in stock and at 1200 dollars it was a total impulse purchase. Packing: A Docs: B Ease of setup: B plus Like the other review the bottom screen is pretty tough to observe under most lighting conditions. I did like the software, virtual keyboard and apps, very well executed. However, the fan...is-the-worst-fan-ever!
